Hi, I'm Frankee Bencher, a certified personal trainer, nutrition and online coach. With a lifetime of experience as a competitive athlete, including men's hockey, rep soccer, club volleyball, basketball, and snowboarding, I understand firsthand the importance of proper training and nutrition. After sustaining injuries throughout my University Soccer career, I spent significant time in physiotherapy clinics, learning about the human body and how it should move. Despite this knowledge, the toll of my injuries weighed heavily on me mentally. It was only when I discovered the root cause of my issues, which was a combination of poor nutrition and mobility, that I decided to become a personal trainer. My goal now is to help my clients achieve their best possible physical and mental health through personalized training and nutrition plans.

My approach to health and wellness is focused on the integration of fitness and nutrition to help my clients achieve their goals. I believe that in order to create lasting, life-changing habits, we must work together to find a program that is both maintainable and achievable. That means no fad diets or gimmicks, and no "my way or the highway" mentality. As someone who has faced my own obstacles and challenges, I know firsthand the importance of creating a customized plan that fits each client's unique needs and lifestyle.

My specialties include strength training, mobility workouts, as well as speed and agility training. I'm passionate about nutrition and offer guidance on healthy eating habits to complement a client's training program and goals. With a focus on proper form and technique, I help clients build strength, reduce pain, increase endurance, and improve overall health.

I'm an Artist! I love to paint. As you know, I have been a competitive athlete my whole life. One year I had to stop playing all sports and go through 9 months of concussion therapy. I identified as an Athlete… if I’m not an athlete… who am I? I completely lost myself and who I was.


That’s when I discovered painting! It honestly saved my life and was highly therapeutic. It made me realize I was so much more than “just an Athlete”.

I understand the importance of mental health. It is a huge part of being physical fit and feeling good. Lots of personal trainers say “ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL AND NO JUNK FOOD!”. Sadly that type of mentality is terrible for long lasting results and creates a poor relationship with food and exercise.

I am a firm believer that moderation is the key to happiness and, ultimately, health. So you will occasionally see photos of myself keeping my mental health in check with some social activity and the occasional beverage.
