That means no fad diets or gimmicks, and no "my way or the highway" mentality. As someone who has faced my own obstacles and challenges, I know firsthand the importance of creating a customized plan that fits each client's unique needs and lifestyle.

  • FITNESS PROGRAMS
    Online Coaching: Your company offers customized workout routines phased every 4-6 weeks, designed to meet your specific needs and goals. You'll receive nutrition tracking and macro coaching based on your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. You'll get special access to the EverFit App, which includes exercise videos and tracking features. You'll have 24/7 text access to your personal trainer, and free weekly progress/feedback phone calls. If you sign up for online coaching, you'll also receive 30 minuet progress meetings Online Nutrition Coaching: Your company provides access to nutrition tracking and guidance through the Everfit app, helping you stay on track with your goals. You'll have weekly follow-up progress calls with your coach, providing you with additional support and guidance.
  • EVERFIT ACCESS
    The EverFit app provides a range of features to help clients achieve their fitness goals. This includes access to customized workout routines that are planned out for the whole month, exercise videos, and tracking tools to help monitor progress. The app also includes nutrition tracking and macro coaching, based on the client's lifestyle and goals. Additionally, clients can enjoy 24/7 text access to their personal trainer and free weekly progress and feedback calls. Overall, the EverFit app provides a comprehensive toolset to help clients stay motivated and on track with their fitness journey.
  • EXERCISE TUTORIAL VIDEOS
    When you sign up for online coaching with our company, you'll receive special access to the EverFit app. This app will provide you with a customized workout routine planned out for the month, along with the ability to keep track of your progress and access exercise videos. These videos will help ensure that your form is correct and that you're properly engaging the muscles you want to target, while avoiding any movements that could cause injury. Overall, the exercise video tutorials available through the EverFit app are an excellent resource for anyone looking to improve their fitness and achieve their goals.
